Culture

Aruba has a unique culture, where all different races come together to form a sort of melting pot, which has come to be best known as "One Happy Island".
All around there are smiles to be seen and friendly people ready to lend a helping hand.

The native language is a creole language derived from African languages with a mixture of Portuguese, Spanish, Enlish and Dutch, and is called "Papiamento".
Due to the wide mixture of cultures, it is also very notable that the majority of the population will also speak various foreign languages including english, spanish and dutch.
